It seems people are having trouble downloading pictures.
If you right click the photo on the right as click "Save As" YOU WILL NOT get the actual photo, it will be a bad low res image.

In order to get a full resolution download do the following:
Hover over large picture on the right to bring up a popup below picture. The right most icon in the popup is a yellow folder ("Save As"). Click on the yellow folder this will open a windows save dialog, choose "Save File" and click "save". Pick a location on your system and click ok. This downloads the actual full res photo.
